Bryce Homes is pleased to say that we offer the service of a design specialist to our home owners as they go through the custom home building process. Bryce Homes offers the design center to our customers as a way of taking the guesswork and stress out of building a new home while making the selection process quick, easy and fun. Bryce Homes uses the services and talents of Southern Flooring and Interiors. Southern Flooring and Interiors Design Centers cater to North Atlanta’s finest custom builders and carry a large selection of the most trusted brands in the housing industry.

During the home building process Bryce Homes will schedule an appointment for our home owners to personally meet with our design specialist. While meeting with our design specialist home owners will have the opportunity to choose custom interior and exterior selections. These selections include items such as carpeting, flooring, tile, cabinets, brick color, paint colors, exterior accessories and much more.

Southern Flooring & Interiors Design Centers strive to create a special personalized atmosphere for the new home buyer and the custom home builder. The design center also offers two locations to serve its customers, one just off Interstate 400 north or Alpharetta and the other off Highway 316 in Lawrenceville.
